The Open Door Playhouse in Baltimore is an inclusive, flexible drop-in playgroup space designed for children and teens of all abilities. This is not a school, therapy center, or education facility—just a warm, welcoming playhouse where kids can be themselves, build friendships, and enjoy playful connection in a safe environment.

Play and social interaction with assistance based on need
Every child at the playhouse in Baltimore, The Open Door Playhouse, is supported by caring, trained staff who provide age- and needs-appropriate supervision throughout their visit.

⏰ Flexible Playgroup Hours
Join us for 1–4 hour drop-in sessions at the Playhouse Baltimore, and don't miss our 'Caregiver night out' hours every Friday and Saturday.
🎮 Teen Hangout Space:
An inclusive social zone at the Playhouse Baltimore features games, crafts, music, and relaxed creative time for middle and high school youth with disabilities and their typical peers.
